Coffee Returns
Certain types of items cannot be returned. While we strive for satisfaction with every order, we only offer replacements or refunds for coffee that is faulty or damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
